Who We AreBay Tree is a 120-bed, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We offer a wide range of post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and other specialty medical services. We also provide hospice-related services (in partnership with a licensed hospice organization) and respite-care services (for people whose primary, at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable).
Bay Tree has been part of the Palm Harbor, Florida, community for over 20 years. We’re conveniently close to two major hospitals in the area—Helen Ellis and Mease Countryside. And we’re there whenever you need us, accepting admissions 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
